Well, we did it!
We moved out of the house on Wednesday and spent our first night aboard "Reward" in Sandwich before bringing her across the bay to Ramsgate on Thursday so we could top up the water tanks, get a few more supplies and say 'au revoir' to a few friends around the Harbour.
Now we await the weather and tide to get around to Dover - likely to be Sunday - before the Channel crossing early next week.
Reward is lovely - home from home already - will load some pictures shortly. Mick worked really hard to make her as homely as she is. We're amazed how all our clothes and supplies have stowed away so well - it must be the Tardis-like lockers - well done Mick for making her some comfie to live aboard!
I've cooked twice in my galley - nice, fresh food too - not tin chef recipes!
We've been ashore both nights for a beverage or two in a couple of Ramsgate's many hostelries.

Our first guests are due to meet us in Paris which should be mid to late May which'll be great. Email us if and when you want to meet up and we'll text you or local mobie number.
